September 2007
Hi there welcome to a more colourful September Update.....

Well there have been quite a few changes over the last few weeks. The house is now sold and the move went really quickly. We didn't get the move date until just under a week before we had to go which meant quite a quick move but it went very smoothly and we didn't get stressed either. The kids went up to Scarborough to stay with Mum and Dad and the rest of the clan, which really helped as we could get on a do what we had to do.

On the smallholding front there has also been a few changes. We decided to have a hog roast to celebrate both our Birthdays this year, the weather was lousy but the hog roast was amazing, the crackling just melted in your mouth.

However he had the last laugh and left us with a heavily pregnant sow.......

Not planned but we've been very excited about it. The gestation period is 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days and sure enough out they popped.
